Kirby, I really like the power of this imagery. I've thought about it over the weekend, and pondered some alternatives. One that seemed to quite naturally flow, that you may have already given some thought to, may be "too obvious". If your X is turned 45 degrees, it becomes a cross where it is quite natural to imagine Jesus at the center. Equally, the cross could be replaced with the stylized Jesus shown in artwork of the ascension with his arms wide. Either way, it becomes obvious that God is at the head of the cross, I (me) as an individual stand at the foot of the cross pondering how I will respond and grow. And Jesus outstreched arms encompass both his people (we) and the whole of creation. This idea seemed so obvious that I'm guessing you thought of it and chose not to use it for some reason that's not readily apparent to me.

I'm also intrigued with the idea of extending (or reusing) the same imagery to represent the four spheres of our holistic being referenced in Matthew and Luke (God == spirit, me == mind (training and discipline), we == body of Christ and you == God's heart for the whole world

I don't know if that adds anything valuable to the discussion, but these were my thoughts on this post.
