What is the Online Assessment Center? The Church Planter Profiles online pre-assessment center allows you to discover your potential as an effective church planter. The free Initial Screening Assessment© is based on your experience prior to starting a new church, and will indicate your experience level compared to other potential planters and those who have become successful church planters. The complete assessment process utilizes standardized diagnostic tests and online surveys to provide a more holistic picture of your potential as a successful church-planting candidate. The cost of the complete assessment is $79. How do I begin the ELI Assessment Process?
How long does it take? Once your account has been created, you will be asked to complete the Initial Screening Assessment©. The assessment consists of 102 questions and will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete. This questionnaire will provide you with a preliminary assessment of your skills and fit for church planting. After completing the Initial Screening Assessment©, you can continue on with the standardized assessment tests and online surveys to discover your temperament, behavioral traits, leadership style and gifts. Each of these tests takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete. Finally, the agency you select may have specific forms or questionnaires they would like you to complete. These may require a few minutes or several hours. You are not required to complete all of these assessments in one sitting. After completing an assessment or survey you may logout. You can then return to your work simply by logging back in to your account. Who will see my results? Your results will only be available to ELI staff. No one outside of ELI will have access to your responses. Once complete, you may download an archive of your results which you are free to send to anyone you wish. Can I still use the old assessment site? If you have already created an account on the old site, you may login using the form at the right of the page in order to access your account. |
